Up for sale is a 1981 Gibson Les Paul Standard in its original ebony finish. We love this era of Les Pauls here at Thunder Road and this particular example is a great worn in 45 year old example. Features a slim 60s neck profile w/ small volute, original pickups (one stamped FEB 13 1980 and the other stamped 498 681 dating to 1981). The guitar has an aftermarket set of Grovers installed, aftermarket strap buttons and has been refretted. Condition wise there is a decent amount of dings, dents, chips, finish wear, play wear, etc etc. No breaks and overall a nice worn in vintage LP Standard!
